A flat, masculine chest contour – targeted gynecomastia treatment using a minimally invasive technique with reliable results.
Male breast enlargement occurs when fat or glandular tissue in the chest area grows excessively. This often begins during adolescence and does not always resolve on its own. At Dr. Limbourg’s practice, we take these concerns seriously. After a thorough examination and ruling out hormonal or medication-related causes, we develop a personalized treatment plan. Our goal: to restore a flat, masculine chest contour—aesthetically pleasing, long-lasting, and safe.

A condition characterized by the development of large male breasts that resemble those of a woman is known as gynecomastia. It affects up to 15% of men and usually develops during adolescence. It often causes significant psychological distress for those affected.

The treatment of gynecomastia depends on the type of tissue involved. If the condition is caused solely by excess fat, it is referred to as pseudogynecomastia. In most cases, liposuction can achieve a satisfactory result. If there is also excess glandular tissue, this must also be removed. Finally, in rarer cases, a breast lift may be necessary.
Wearing a compression garment for several weeks is very helpful. Almost always, a flat, masculine chest contour is achieved, allowing the man to feel completely comfortable even with his chest exposed.
