Complete, safe, and gentle – en bloc removal of breast implants, including the capsule, for maximum tissue preservation.

The decision to remove breast implants is often driven by the desire to completely remove the foreign material. En bloc removal allows the implant to be removed in one piece, along with the surrounding capsule. Our goal is to offer you a safe and effective solution that meets both medical and aesthetic needs.

Capsular contracture: Hardening and distortion of the breast caused by the formation of connective tissue capsules.
Suspected implant defect: Risk of silicone leaking into the surrounding tissue.
Breast Implant Illness (BII): Nonspecific symptoms associated with breast implants.

The en bloc procedure is a specialized technique that allows for the complete removal of the implant and the surrounding capsule. This minimizes the risk of residual material remaining in the body and promotes healthy healing.
After removal, there may be a loss of volume or sagging of the skin. We therefore offer the option of combining the procedure with a breast lift or volume restoration using the patient’s own fat to achieve a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing result.
1. Consultation and Planning
During a detailed consultation, we will discuss your wishes and the medical requirements. We will also discuss possible combination procedures.
2. Surgery
The implant is removed in one piece, along with the capsule, through an incision in the inframammary fold. This reduces the risk of silicone or other materials entering the surrounding tissue.
3. Postoperative Care
After the surgery, you will stay overnight at our clinic for observation. We will closely monitor you during the healing phase and are available to answer any questions you may have.
The internal bra provides long-term support for your implant and can be naturally formed by your own tissue during the implant surgery. Depending on your anatomy, we can use various techniques for creating the internal bra, such as a fully submuscular placement or supportive tissue anchors at the lower pole of the implant.
Not all breast augmentations are the same—sometimes a combination of different techniques is the best solution:
