Vertical Breast Lift (Lejour/Hall-Findlay)
This technique involves a circular incision around the areola and a vertical incision down to the inframammary fold. The breast tissue is strategically repositioned in the upper and middle areas of the breast to enhance the décolletage. Excess skin is removed, the nipple is repositioned, and the areola is typically reduced in size. In cases of soft tissue, an internal bra is additionally formed. Particularly suitable for smaller breasts.
T-incision / Anchor technique
For severely sagging breasts, an additional horizontal scar in the inframammary fold may be necessary, as extra tissue must be removed here to form a natural breast contour. This technique allows for the most extensive reshaping and is particularly long-lasting.
Benelli Technique (Circular Lift)
For mild excess skin, an incision around the areola alone is sometimes sufficient. This method is well-suited for correcting minor asymmetries or for combined nipple correction. This technique is not suitable for large or sagging breasts.
The Internal Bra – for Maximum Stability
This technique supports the breast cone from the inside using the body’s own tissue. Subcutaneous tissue is stretched like a hammock to form a supportive structure at the breast’s equator to hold the lower pole of the breast. Alternatively, subcutaneous tissue can be guided upward behind the breast to serve as a hidden “suspension” (“breast lift”). Effective internal bras can also be formed from bioresorbable material, for example, to improve the stability of implants. Especially in cases of soft connective tissue, we rely on internal bra techniques to ensure long-term durability and shape retention.
Breast Lift with Bra-Assisted Liposuction
To achieve better breast contouring, contouring liposuction is performed above the armpit and on the lateral side of the breast in addition to the breast lift. Important: this does not result in any additional scars. This upper body contouring procedure restores overall body harmony—with lasting results.
