Professional Journey – Shaped by Experience, Precision, and Passion

Her medical career began at the University Medical Center Göttingen, where she earned her medical degree and subsequently completed her doctoral studies. Even during her training, she developed a particular interest in body contouring surgery—a field that remains close to her heart to this day.

In the years that followed, Dr. Witzel gained extensive surgical experience at hospitals in Göttingen, Kassel, and Giessen. Her focus has always been on plastic and aesthetic procedures, particularly those that help patients regain a sense of body confidence following significant weight loss or as a result of aging.

With a high standard of precision and safety, she continuously deepened her knowledge through continuing education, clinical rotations, and close collaboration with experienced colleagues. In her daily work, Dr. Witzel places special emphasis on personalized consultations, clear medical assessments, and honest, empathetic interactions.

At the Dr. Limbourg practice, she is now an integral part of the medical team and focuses primarily on body contouring and aesthetic procedures—ranging from liposuction and breast surgery to abdominoplasty. Her patients appreciate her calm, conscientious manner and her keen sense of aesthetic balance.

“I don’t view cosmetic surgery as merely a means of altering one’s appearance, but rather as a way to boost self-confidence and improve quality of life. Every treatment plan is as unique as the individual—and that’s exactly how it should be.”
